As an Architect/Consultant in the Big Data practice you will be responsible to provide thought leadership on a project basis in the Big Data space for either an on premise or cloud implementation based on need. Provide technical expertise in needs identification, data modeling, data movement and transformation mapping (source to target), automation and testing strategies, translating business needs into technical solutions with adherence to established data guidelines and approaches from a business unit or project perspective.
You will be required to understand and leverage Big Data and if needed cloud architectures, services, integrations, products and approaches to addressing business and environmental challenges. Provide data understanding and coordinate data-related activities with other data management groups such as master data management, data governance, and metadata management. Actively participates with other consultants in problem-solving and approach development.
Works with the Data Warehouse Architect to perform source system analysis, identification of key data issues, data profiling, and development of normalized and star-snowflake physical schemas. ETL design, development, optimization, and support, creates and implements scheduling strategy, and develops error handling processes. Coordinates with Project Managers and participates in project planning.
Works with business partners to review prototypes and develop iterative revisions.
Oversees and performs troubleshooting and provides resolutions to reporting issues.
The Architect Consultant provides leadership and technical expertise in requirements identification, data modeling, data movement and transformation mapping (source to target), automation and testing strategies and translating business needs into technical solutions with adherence to established data guidelines and approaches from an enterprise perspective. The Architect consultant understands and leverages best-fit technologies and approaches to address business and environmental challenges, and is responsible for preparing the vision and solution outline for client engagements and overseeing and guiding the technical engagement team in the implementation of the vision for clients. This position works closely with engagement managers and project managers, and participates in client assessments by preparing current state and future state architectures along with go-forward recommendations. This position will have the opportunity to engage with clients utilizing all aspects of a Data Management organization including Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Data Security, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will also be working closely with Cloud, Big Data, Data Modeling, Data Engineering and Project Management consultants and must be able to work well in multi-functional and multi-shore project teams. This position will require frequent travel to client sites in the U.S. (up to 80%).

used in EDM solutions. Must have in-depth knowledge of ETL Architecture with thorough knowledge of SDLC (Agile and waterfall methodologies).
Should be proficient in data modeling concepts. Responsible to lead technical teams in implementing technical solutions for business problems. Advanced
knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures and tuning. Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with
8+ years of experience in various integration tools (Informatica/Talend).

developer/lead is mandatory.
Data Integration Developer is responsible for the implementation of data integration solutions. The position involves importing, cleansing, transforming, validating and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding. The primary role will be developing and unit testing ETL mapping/jobs based on the requirement document and fixing defects in QA and UAT process. Developer should also possess good knowledge on Databases, Linux/Unix environment to perform daily tasks and should have exposure to data model and concepts of data warehouse to create ETL jobs for dimension and fact tables. Should have good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Should have advanced knowledge of ETL, including the ability to read and write efficient, robust code, follow or implement best practices and coding standards, design/implement common ETL strategies and create reusable/maintainable jobs. Applicants should have hands-on experience in Integration tools (Talend/Informatica).

Master data management developer is responsible for installation, design, development and management of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role enables the management and integration of master data in an enterprise landscape. Will be responsible for integration/transfer of data across multiple systems, streamlining data processes and providing access to MDM data across the enterprise. Contribute to master data management best practices and implementation methodologies by reviewing, updating, developing documents such as templates, presentations, trainings.
Assist the MDM Architect in technical architecture design, development, and review. Assist the Data Analyst in performing data profiling and data quality analysis. Should have experience in MDM tools such as Orchestra Networks EBX5, Informatica MDM Multidomain Edition, smart search, and IBM Infosphere, IDD or Customer 360. Should be proficient in configuring features of the MDM software to satisfy functional and technical project requirements (hierarchies, match/merge, workflow, user interfaces, and security). Developer should be comfortable with the concepts of data integration, data quality, web services, message queues, and their interaction with MDM systems.
Qualifications include in Industry recognized Bachelor or Post Graduation degree in an associated discipline and 3-8 years of technical experience as MDM developer is mandatory.
Big Data developer should have hands-on experience in implementing big data solutions in Java, Python, and Scala. Developer should include experience in the technologies like Hadoop, Map-Reduce, HDFS, Spark & Spark Streaming, Hive, HBase, Impala, Sqoop, Flumed, Presto and Oozie. Also, big data developer should have java and j2ee experience. Should be able to create a data pipeline, where the sources include both database and files. Should have experience writing spark jobs that perform operations like aggregation, identifying hierarchies. Experience in how Graph works and
NoSQL knowledge would be an added advantage and should be comfortable working with Maven, SBT, and GIT. An analytical bent of mind and ability to learn-unlearn-relearn surely comes in handy.

Data Quality Lead is responsible for designing and maintaining the platform to address some of the unique challenges of an ever-growing customer base. The responsibilities include defining, design, and implement changes to an enterprise-wide Data Quality application. Must be able to independently administer, configure and maintain the application as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes. Should be able to assist, design, develop and deploy data quality processes using tools such as Informatica, Trillium, Oracle, SAP, etc. Should be able to collaborate
with business users to identify attributes that require data quality and corresponding business rules. Responsibilities include; data profiling, analyzing user requirements, and translate & apply business rules. Should have experience in address validation, match transformation, exceptional record handling in accordance with advance transformations. Create functional & technical documents - e.g. data quality architecture flows, data profiling results, data quality specifications, test plans. Contributes to corporate data management best practices and implementation methodologies.
Should have hands on experience on Analyst tool for scorecard generation, rule sets, data profiling with strong SQL skills.
Qualifications like an industry recognized Bachelor or Post Graduation degree in an associated discipline and 8+ years of technical experience as data quality developer/lead.
Data Quality developer will be responsible for analyzing and understanding data sources and end-user requirements using the data quality tools like Informatica, Trillium, Oracle, SAP. Will be responsible for system changes that meet requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles. Must be aware of Data Quality dimensions and their implementation in any DQ tool. Must be able to independently design and develop tools to aid in operations and automation as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges. Responsible for creation and maintenance of data quality matching rules and transformations like standardizer, parser, and labeler along with match and exceptional record handling experience.
