The Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of internal Datasource and external Client assessments and projects. This includes management of project resources, risks and issues, communication of status to project stakeholders and deliverable completion and acceptance. This position will be involved in performing business analysis, creating and managing project plans, and regularly working with business and technical users. The Project Manager will be responsible for scheduling resources, documentation capture and sign-off of deliverables.
The Director of Sales role is responsible for managing full life cycle sales process, for an assigned region, from identification/lead generation through close of deal and hand off to engagement leadership. This position will source opportunities using a variety of methods, including, but not limited to attending networking events, speaking engagements, attending conferences, etc. Position will develop and deliver proposals and statements of work. This individual will focus on selling in the Retail, Media, Transportation & Industrials (RMTI) industries selling services for both Enterprise Data Management and Analytics.

ETL design, development, optimization, and support, creates and implements scheduling strategy, and develops error handling processes
Coordinates with Project Managers and participates in project planning. Works with business partners to review prototypes and develop iterative revisions. Oversees and performs troubleshooting and provides resolutions to reporting issues.
The Master Data Management Architect is responsible for analyzing business requirements to design, implement, and improve Master Data Management (MDM) processes and solutions. Responsible for strategies, and the integration and delivery of information to end-users. Designs, develops, tests, and deploys MDM processing using MDM tools. Works with business users to analyze user requirements, perform information integration and delivery, and create functional and technical documentation. Utilizes MDM expertise in execution of duties and to design and implement MDM strategies.

The Solution Architect is responsible for preparing the vision and solution outline for client engagements, oversees and guides the technical engagement team in the implementation of the vision for clients. This position works closely with engagement managers and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of engagements for clients. Leads client assessments, preparing current state and future state architectures along with go forward recommendations. Will work with the practice leads and account management team to develop statements of work, implementation plans, resource plans and project estimates. May act as the project and/or engagement manager on certain engagements.

The Business/Data Analyst is responsible for extracting and analyzing large amounts of data using SQL queries from a data warehouse environment. This position will also identify and report on trends and patterns found within data and make recommendations for business and process improvement. This position works with business users to understand requirements and expectations for permanent and ad hoc requests received in order to meet the analytical data needs of the business unit.
