The Competency Director, Big Data provides leadership and technical expertise in analysis, design, development, rollout and maintenance of enterprise data management initiatives. This role is a primary contributor to the implementation methodologies and best practices, as well as working on project teams to analyze, design, develop and deploy big data solutions to support a variety of customer needs.

The Data Analyst is responsible for extracting and analyzing large amounts of data using SQL queries from a data warehouse environment. This position will also identify and report on trends and patterns found within data and make recommendations for business and process improvement. This position works with business users to understand requirements and expectations for permanent and ad hoc requests received in order to meet the analytical data needs of the business unit. Overall accountability for using data to proactively provide recommendations around business and process improvements.
The Senior Project Manager manages BI/DW implementation projects, project teams of up to 10 people, develops/updates project plans and ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget, assist with identifying and producing project metrics used in tracking project success. They will be expected to identify risks and their associated potential impacts, develop a risk management plan, and manage risk management plan. They are able to effectively communicate project status and issue resolution with key stakeholders project priority and set project task priority for the project team. They utilize and identify tools, processes and templates to effectively manage projects.
This role will play a key role in Master Data Management solutions. This role is expected to be proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of various MDM products. This position will source opportunities using a variety of methods, including, but not limited to attending networking events, speaking engagements, attending conferences, etc. Position will develop and deliver proposals and statements of work. This individual will focus on selling in the Retail, Media, Transportation & Industrials (RMTI) industries selling services for both Enterprise Data Management and Analytics.
Works with the Data Warehouse Architect to perform source system analysis, identification of key data issues, data profiling, and development of normalized and star-snowflake physical schemas. ETL design, development, optimization, and support, creates and implements scheduling strategy, and develops error handling processes
Coordinates with Project Managers and participates in project planning. Works with business partners to review prototypes and develop iterative revisions. Oversees and performs troubleshooting and provides resolutions to reporting issues.
The Master Data Management Architect is responsible for analyzing business requirements to design, implement, and improve Master Data Management (MDM) processes and solutions. Responsible for strategies, and the integration and delivery of information to end-users. Designs, develops, tests, and deploys MDM processing using MDM tools. Works with business users to analyze user requirements, perform information integration and delivery, and create functional and technical documentation. Utilizes MDM expertise in execution of duties and to design and implement MDM strategies.
